CASA Raffle FUNDRAISER  Our Program serves abused children in Orange, Hardin, Jasper, Newton, Tyler, Sabine & San Augustine counties Advocated for thousands of children in Child Protection Court system Currently has 131 cases involving 222 abused, neglected or abandoned children Grants are being cut!
